Blitz India Business, a weekly newspaper focused on highlighting the role of business and industry in India’s journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047, was launched at a mega event at the atrium of the National Stock Exchange, in Mumbai on January 18. The unveiling of the latest offering from the Blitz India Media Group coincided with a power-packed conclave on Viksit Bharat.
Ashishkumar Chauhan, CEO & MD of the NSE, was the Chief Guest at the event, which had Sachin Chaturvedi, Director General, RIS, as the Guest of Honour. Among the other top dignitaries who addressed the two-hour function were former bureaucrat Om Pathak; VS Sundresan, ED, Sebi; Rita Kohli, Member, NCLT Mumbai; Navneet Munot, MD & CEO of HDFC AMC Ltd; Prof Manoj Tiwari, Director, IIM, Mumbai; and Dr Mukesh Batra, Founder of Dr Batra’s group of companies. A video address by leading economist and former Rajya Sabha member NK Singh was the highlight of the event.
In his opening remarks, Blitz India Media Group Chairman & Editor-inChief Deepak Dwivedi elaborated upon the vision behind the launch of the new business weekly, while Rakesh Sharma, Chairman of the Editorial Board, also delivered a powerful address.
