Ronaldo misses out on Ballon d’Or nomination

PARIS: Seven-time winner Cristiano Ronaldo does not figure in the nomination list for this year’s Ballon d’Or award. This is the first time in more than 20 years that the Portuguese’s name does not figure in the those shortlisted for the most prestigious award in international football.
