NEW DELHI: Taiwanese contract manufacturing giant, Foxconn, aims to double investment and employment in India by next year. The announcement came from Foxconn’s India representative, V Lee, as he PM Modi on his 73rd birthday on September 17, Lee affirmed Foxconn’s dedication to doubling its workforce, increasing foreign direct investment (FDI), and expanding its overall business operations in India within the coming year.
