The facilities offered by the IPPB include: Doorstep Delivery of banking services to every household through postmen and rural post offices Providing banking services in assisted mode through postmen and Grameen Dak Sevaks to help those who have no experience in digital banking
Simple, secure, and easy-to-use mobile banking service through an app to access an IPPB account and carry out transactions
Quick access to account details on mobile phones simply by sending a message to IPPB’s SMS banking number 7738062873
Account information through a missed call after registering the mobile number for IPPB’s missed call banking service

Biometric enabled Digital Life Certificate (Jeevan Pramaan) available for pensioners
Money transfer protocols like IMPS, assisted UPI, NEFT and RTGS are available for IPPB customers and interoperable AePS for non-customers
Advantage of Child Enrolment Lite Client (CELC), as a Registrar for Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), at the doorstep. It is an android-based application through which facilities like child enrolment, mobile number update and Aadhaar search are being provided
