NEW DELHI: Rajeev Chandrasekhar, three-time MP and advocate for servicemen, has hailed ‘One Rank, One Pension’ as the biggest and most significant welfare measure for veterans in the post-independent India.
“We, as a nation, owe deep gratitude to those who have faithfully defended our nation and its citizens, both in times of war and peace,” he said in a statement.
The NDA Government, he said, stands firmly with soldiers, recognising their unwavering dedication. “They have never let us down,” he said.
