A neutral approach to spirituality: Lekhi
NEW DELHI: Stressing that spirituality lies beyond the confines of a religion, Meenakashi Lekhi, Minister of State for External Affairs and Culture, has said that Daaji’ latest book Spiritual Anatomy offers a neutral approach to spirituality.
In a message, dated February 7, she said Daaji acknowledges and respects the diverse beliefs and backgrounds of his readers, presenting spiritual principles in a way that transcends religious boundaries.
The following is the text of the message: I am pleased to know that Padma Bhushan Shri Kamlesh D. Patel Ji, popularly known as Pujya Daaji has brought a new book “Spiritual Anatomy” which is an invitation to readers to explore the spiritual journey through the intricate network of 16 chakras. The book bridges the gap between the mystical and the practical, making this book a valuable resource for seekers of all backgrounds.
Like the previous books by Daaji, the standout feature of “Spiritual Anatomy” is Daaji’s ability to make complex concepts relatable and applicable to everyday life. The book guides readers through the labyrinth of chakras, unraveling their significance in a way that resonates with both seasoned spiritual practitioners and those new to the journey.
True to the idea that spirituality lies beyond the confines of a religion, Spiritual Anatomy offers a neutral approach to spirituality.
Daaji acknowledges and respects the diverse beliefs and backgrounds of his readers, presenting spiritual principles in a way that transcends religious boundaries. This inclusive approach fosters a sense of unity making “Spiritual Anatomy” a focused work on offering a universal path to higher consciousness.
Daaji’s genuine compassion and deep understanding of the human experience shine through his words, creating a connection that extends beyond the pages of the book. Whether you are a seasoned seeker or just beginning to explore the spiritual path, this book offers a compass to navigate the inner landscapes with wisdom, clarity, and heart, the inventure (the inner adventure) as Daaji puts it.

Daaji’s new book sort of atlas for consciousness
NEW DELHI: From the internationally bestselling author of the ‘Heartfulness Way’ comes ‘Spiritual Anatomy’, a journey to the centre of consciousness that maps a path to connect to one’s highest self through Heartfulness Meditation and guided chakra practices.
When we think of wellbeing, we often think of our physical and mental health – ending to our bodies and minds to find peace, purpose, and connection in our lives. But as Kamlesh D. Patel (affectionately known as Daaji), spiritual leader of the Heartfulness Organisation and fourth in line to the Raja Yoga tradition, illuminates there is a third system we too often overlook, the spiritual anatomy.
Acting as a sort of atlas for consciousness, the chakras—the centres of spiritual energy that comprise our spiritual anatomy – lead us back to our hearts, ourselves, and the sustainable happiness and meaning we crave.
Role, importance of chakras Along the way readers will learn: the role and importance of the chakras; what blocks our chakras and how to clean them; meditation techniques that bring one closer to the heart’s centre; and how connecting deeply with chakras can open hearts, minds, and souls A ground-breaking book, Spiritual Anatomy is a mustread for seekers, meditators, and anyone who wants to cultivate joy in life.’
