Antfin sells 3.6% stake in Paytm for Rs 2,037cr

NEW DELHI: Chinese tech giant Antfin has sold 3.58% in fintech major Paytm for about Rs 2,037 crore through block deals on August 25.

According to block deals data available with the exchanges, Antifn (Netherlands) Holding BV has offloaded 2.27 crore in the company. The deal was executed at Rs 895.2 apiece.

Further, marquee funds including Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Motilal Oswal MD, Nippon India MF, Societe Generale, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Morgan Stanley were the top buyers.
