The United States has blasted the change of the names of 11 places in Arunachal Pradesh by China. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that the US strongly opposes China’s unilateral attempts to claim Indian territories by renaming areas of Arunachal Pradesh.
This statement of the US came after the renaming of the names of 11 places in Arunachal Pradesh by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China. India too has completely rejected China’s attempt to change the names of places, describing Arunachal Pradesh as an integral and inseparable part of India, adding that the act of changing names will not change this reality.
