NEW DELHI: Union Home Minister Amit Shah visited Gujarat’s Kutch on June 17 to take stock of the situation in areas affected by Cyclone ‘Biparjoy.’
During his visit, the Home Minister held a meeting with Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and other senior officers.
Soon after arriving in Kutch, the Union Minister conducted an aerial survey of affected areas and then visited shelter homes to meet the affected people.
Shah will later visit Mandvi and interact with people affected by the cylone and then visit the Swami Narayan Temple in Bhuj and review food materials and other facilities being provided for affected people.
