NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 14 released the BJP’s manifesto for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Titled Modi’s Guarantee 2024, the manifesto – also known as Sankalp Patra – focusses on women empowerment, upliftment of youth and the poor.It also promises One Nation, One Election and Uniform Civil Code.
The manifesto targets GYAN – which are schemes for theGareeb'(poor),’Yuva’ (youth),’Annadaata'(farmers), and’Nari (women). It also focusses on making India prosperous, strengthening its international relations, and fostering the development of the country’s heritage, among others.
Speaking after the unveiling of the manifesto, PM Modi said that the BJP’s ‘Sankalp Patra’ empowers all the four strong pillars of developed India – youth, women, poor and farmers.
