Researchers detect early stages of tooth decay

Washington: A novel product developed by researchers at the University of Cincinnati helps to detect the early stages of tooth decay. The gum disease, gingivitis is brought on by bacteria, but not just any bacteria. “This particular bacteria is found on the lining of the lower teeth line and was very difficult to detect initially,|” said Prof Nathaniel of the University of Cincinnati.
