Bengaluru, April 15 : Strengthening its presence in India, US-based digital transformation and technology services firm UST has inaugurated its fourth office facility in Bengaluru, further cementing the city’s role as a key hub in its global operations. The newly launched facility, with a capacity of over 300 seats, aims to enhance employee convenience and operational efficiency.

UST began its journey in Bengaluru in 2012, and today the city stands as its second-largest global delivery centre, employing over 6,500 professionals. These teams deliver cutting-edge solutions across industries such as semiconductors, healthcare, logistics, technology, hi-tech, retail, and BFSI.

“This new facility marks an important milestone in our growth journey in India. Our focus is on creating satellite offices in strategic tech locations to reduce commute time for employees and foster a productive, innovation-led environment,” said Kirankumar Doreswamy, Vice President and Center Head, Bengaluru.

He added that the expansion reflects UST’s commitment to building an agile and employee-centric workplace culture, while consistently delivering high-value solutions to its global clientele.

The move comes as part of UST’s broader expansion strategy in India. In March 2025, the company launched a 1,000-seater office in Pune, with plans to create 6,000 jobs over the next five years. In 2024, UST also opened its second Bengaluru office along with a Design Experience Centre, and laid the foundation stone for a new campus in Kochi, targeting the creation of 3,000 new jobs in Kerala by 2030.

In 2023, the company established a state-of-the-art R&D center at the International Tech Park in Hyderabad, focused on emerging technologies.

Headquartered in California, UST has built a robust presence across India, with offices in Bengaluru, Thiruvananthapuram, Hyderabad, Kochi, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, and Hosur, employing over 20,000 people in the country.
