NEW DELHI: THE annual mega youth fest, UDGAAR 2025, saw 15,000 exuberant young participants converge at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in New Delhi on October 12. Themed ‘Culture and Wellness,’ the fest underscored the vision of a ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat,’ promoting a substance-free society.
This event was a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Ministry of Culture, and Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. It aimed at inspiring the youth to engage actively in the country’s social, economic, and scientific development.
The festival saw appearances from Union Minister of Culture Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Mansukh Mandaviya. UDGAAR’s highlights included dynamic performances by Crazy Hoppers and spiritual guidance from HH Guru Prasad Swami Maharaj. Participants were enlightened through panel discussions with experts. The fest concluded with a shared commitment to nurturing a healthier, values-driven society.
