Vijay Goel is a prodigy who has been truly remarkable in every field he steps into. Being born in an underdeveloped village, Tikunia Kheri, in UP, India, one can imagine the limited opportunities a person could be exposed to. However, this never stopped Vijay Goel from bringing his dreams to life. As one of the brightest kids in his school, Vijay moved to Lucknow for his bachelor’s degree in Law and MBA. In 1998 he moved to Delhi, and started a career in law with Singhania & Co. His extreme efficiency and incredible multitasking skills led to more prominent roles in the company. “Vijay always believes in giving 100% to every task. While working with Singhania & Co, he was assigned multiple roles. For him, it was a learning opportunity. Those years built him for the success he earned today. Being there, I was able to discover my multitasking capability, which has become an everyday job for me,” he states, talking about his work ethic.
However, it was in 2000 that Vijay moved to the London office of Singhania & Co to expand his horizons. He made sure to utilize every second of his life to attaining success. Vijay loved business, law, and politics and used all his knowledge to dominate these industries. As far as his accomplishments are concerned, he was selected as a senior partner at Singhania & Co. Moreover, due to his in-depth knowledge of the business world, he was appointed as an Economic Consultant to Malta Enterprise. He even became a local representative of the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the Amravati Smart City Project. Other than these achievements, Vijay Goel has also been honored with many awards throughout his career, including the Iconic Leader Award, Pride of India Award, National Law Day Award, and Professional of the Year Award. He is a very well-known personality among the business community, politicians, many influencers, and stars around the world, especially in India. “I’m really proud of my hard work and effort that got me connections with people all over the globe and being reputable amongst them,” he shares. “Even though I have met countless celebrities, even those I idolized, my biggest success and achievement in life are the various charity organizations I am a part of and being able to work for society and the environment. Giving back to the society and helping people in need is what makes us human, and I made sure to promote such initiatives at a global level.”
It is no secret that we all look up to someone when beginning our journey to success. They could be anyone – people who have made it big in their respective fields or those who motivated us believed in us and always supported us no matter what. Sharing the inspiration that pushed him to excel in his career, Vijay Goel reveals, “I have three role models in my life. First are my parents, as they always taught me to follow the right path and believe in myself. They were the first ones who taught me that nothing is impossible in life and nothing can beat hard work. Second is Mr. DC Singhania, my uncle, who always told me to give my best in whatever I do and always think out of the box. His advice truly helped me in so many situations. I learned that a person is represented by his actions or work.” He further went on to say, “What I do matters, so whatever I do in life, regardless of how much I’m earning, I always give everything to make it the best. Lastly is Mr. GP Hinduja, the humblest, most far-sighted, and most caring person I know. He taught me never to be an egoistic person. He showed me how much simplicity can be enjoyed and how attractive a good attitude can be.”
