His work in creating the Heartfulness Learning Centre in Kanha, in an atmosphere of learning from nature, and developing skills is a forerunner of such schools. He has published a bestseller for children, Tales from the Vedas and Upanishads, and many more such interesting books are on the anvil. These children’s books and narratives of well-known ancient stories are utilised to ask modern questions and locate alternate solutions to solve current crises in individual and social life. Daaji’s team has done groundbreaking work in the conservation of rare and endangered species of medicinal and aromatic herbs, plants, and trees at Kanha Shanti Vanam. He has implemented many dynamic ideas in agriculture, saving endangered species, and profitability for the small farmer. The ‘Tree Conservation Center’ houses a tissue culture lab to help propagate the endangered plant and tree species indigenous to our country. The vision of Kanha Shanti Vanam, the world headquarters for the Heartfulness Institute, was inaugurated by the President of India in 2020.
