His recently produced song ‘Hum Hindustani’ with Amitabh Bachchan has earned him enough recognition which has taken his standing to the next level.
It is difficult to achieve unbelievable heights of success and recognition for individuals during their entire lifetime, though a few are able to achieve that owing to their immense focus and hard work, which gives them the expected results. Here we talk about one such individual who has shone bright as his work has been widely appreciated and taken his standing to the next level. He is producer Paras Mehta from Karnal, Haryana, who has been successful in establishing himself as a credible producer, having done some of the most interesting projects till date.
In the recent past, he produced a film ‘Beti Padao, Beti Bachao’ which he circulated amongst villages in Haryana in order to pass on a strong message to people residing in small pockets. He was honoured for his outstanding work at that time by the chief minister of Haryana. More recently, he was in the news for producing a song ‘Hum Hindustani’ featuring none other than Mr. Amitabh Bachchan alongwith Lata Mangeshkar and a host of other actors and singers like Sonakshi Sinha, Tara Sutaria, Shruti Haasan, Shradha Kapoor, Kailash Kher, Sonu Nigam and few more.
The song gained him wide appreciation, the reason former chief minister of Himachal Pradesh, Jai Ram Thakur, felicitated him for doing such stupendous work in spite of coming from a small town like Karnal. He in partnership with Priyank Sharma, son of yesteryear’s actress Padmini Kolhapure, has launched a music company ‘Dhamaka Records’ under which several other songs have been produced alongside ‘Hum Hindustani’. Some of the other songs include ‘yeh galiyaan, yeh chaubaara’ and ‘baarish’ directed by Dinesh Suri, which have also been widely appreciated.
The record company was launched on the eve of the legendary actress Padmini Kolhapure’s birthday in the presence of Shakti Kapoor, Siddhanth Kapoor, Tutu Sharma, Shivangi Kolhapure, TejaswiniKolhapure, Vedika Saraswat, Pankaj Saraswat and Vibhas. As an Indian actor and producer, Paras has achieved much more than one can ever expect and aims at attaining further milestones during the course of his career as a producer.
