Deepak DwivediThe consecration of Ram Temple at his birthplace in Ayodhya on January 22 was an epochal event that not only transformed Bharat entirely, but also struck a chord all over the world.

As Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the ceremony after observing an 11-day hard ritual – fasting and sleeping on the floor while praying at temples associated with Lord Ram across the country – he emerged as the architect of Ram Rashtra.

India’s FISSION VISION

Through his patience and perseverance, PM Modi succeeded in connecting every particle of the soul of Bharat. Now he is set to make it Divya Bharat, a civilisational status it enjoyed as Vishwaguru (spiritual mentor of the world) in another era in distant past.

Universality of Ram

The Prime Minister noted that the way the world has come together on the Pran Pratistha, was a testimony to the universality of Lord Ram. “Ram is not a dispute; Ram is a solution. Ram is not just ours; Ram belongs to everyone. Ram is not just present; Ram is eternal,” he said.

The PM declared the consecration of Ram Lalla idol as the beginning of a new era and universal acknowledgment of its concept of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (the world is one family).

Under his Government’s two terms, India has seen an unparalleled rise in its global status and PM Modi has emerged as one of the highest ranked world statesmen. Already the world’s fastest economy, he has promised Bharat to be a developed nation by 2047.

Vision of the future

But in the pursuit of his goal of Divya Bharat, his vision of the future has expanded much beyond. When Ram came in the Treta Yuga, the establishment of Ram Rajya took place for thousands of years. For thousands of years, Lord Ram continued to guide the world, he said in his address.

“It is a happy coincidence that our generation has been chosen as the architect of a timeless path. The generations after a thousand years will remember our nation-building efforts today,” PM Modi said. He exhorted the people, especially the youth, to lay the foundation for the next thousand years of Bharat.

Celebrations abroad

The Ayodhya event has already stimulated the trend of Ram worship outside India. The presence of a large number of prominent foreign dignitaries showed that the consciousness is growing.

Indians in Japan, Indonesia, New Zealand, Australia, the US, the UK and other countries carried out marches in solidarity with the temple celebration, waving saffron flags and chanting ‘Jai Shree Ram’.

Also, PM Modi is going for the inauguration the Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) temple at Abu Dhabi next month. It will the first Hindu temple in the Middle East, which is ruled by Muslims.

Religious tourism

The Ram Temple has already made Ayodhya as one of the largest destinations of religious tourism across the world. United Nations (UN) General Assembly President Dennis Francis, who arrived in New Delhi on a five-day visit, noted the “auspicious” time of his arrival.

American author and astrologer David Frawley predicted that PM Narendra Modi has paved the way for the New India becoming a Divya Bharat. “He has only removed a 500-year symbol of India’s slavery. By ensuring Ram’s return to his birthplace, he has enthused the world to follow the path of justice, compassion and universal brotherhood,” he said.
