Christmas celebration The Prime Minister’s interaction with Christian leaders during Christmas at his official residence was a testament to his deep respect for the community. He commended their significant contributions to India’s history, particularly in the freedom struggle, education, and healthcare.

PM Modi emphasised the values of compassion and service, mirroring the teachings of Jesus Christ, and urged the leaders to join in promoting youth development, sustainable living, and the ‘Vocal for Local’ initiative.

Honouring Sikh heritage In a solemn tribute to Sahibzade, sons of Sikh Guru Gobind Singh, PM Modi led the Veer Baal Diwas celebrations at Bharat Mandapam.

He paid homage to their unparalleled bravery and sacrifice, emphasising the event as a symbol of the nation’s resolve to protect its heritage. The Prime Minister highlighted the need to educate citizens, especially the youth, about the Sahibzades’ exemplary courage.

Developed India vision In his address, PM Modi conveyed a powerful message about India’s journey towards becoming a developed nation by 2047.

He stressed the importance of leveraging the country’s youth power, stating that the Government has a clear roadmap and vision to fulfill their dreams.

The Prime Minister highlighted various initiatives like the National Education Policy, Atal Tinkering Labs, and the vibrant startup culture supporting young entrepreneurs.

He also drew attention to India’s growing global recognition as a land of opportunities, emphasising that the world’s perspective towards India has transformed as the nation takes pride in its heritage. PM Modi called for following the ‘Panch Pran’ to strengthen national character and underscored the crucial role of youth in realising the dream of a developed India.

The Prime Minister’s interaction with religious leaders and his address at national events reflect a continued commitment to unity in diversity. His leadership in fostering inclusivity and recognising the unique contributions of each community has strengthened India’s social fabric, paving the way for a harmonious and prosperous future.
