The Bharatiya Janata Party is gearing up for 2027 assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. In a significant organisational push, the party National President Nitin Nabin addressed a highlevel MP-MLA meeting in Lucknow recently.
The meeting, held in his presence and conducted by National General Secretary (Organisation) BL Santhosh, focused on strengthening the party’s grassroots machinery, ideological consolidation, and the formulation of a concrete action plan to secure a decisive mandate in the state.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Ministers KP Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, State President MP Chaudhary, along with senior party oႈce-bearers, Members of Parliament, and Members of Legislative Assembly attended the meeting.
Senior BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi, while acknowledging the significance of Nabin’s visit, said that their party president has come to Uttar Pradesh for the first time, and since elections are near in Uttar Pradesh, they will keep working according to their party’s principles and policies, and continue to move forward with full dedication and integrity Nabin also met with NDA’s alliance partners and various senior leaders in the state. The meeting was purportedly centred around strengthening the BJP-led alliance, expanding its organisational base and ensuring the alliance’s return to power for a third consecutive term in the state.
Nabin asserted that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Adityanath, the BJP would form the government for a third consecutive term with a massive majority in 2027, breaking all previous electoral records.
