It is due to its power that the vision of Baba Saheb’s Constitution has been fully realized in Jammu and Kashmir,” PM Modi said, referring to the complete implementation of the Indian Constitution in the region following the abrogation of Article 370. He added that for the first time, Constitution Day was also celebrated in Jammu and Kashmir, marking a historic milestone.
