PRIME Minister Narendra Modi has said his government has created a new work culture in the country and believes in the mantra of rashtra vikas through vikas of the states.

He said this while laying the foundation stone and dedicating to the nation multiple development projects in Odisha and Telangana on March 5.

At Chandikhol in Jajpur district of Odisha, PM Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of around Rs.20,000 crore developmental projects relating to oil and gas, national highways, railways, atomic energy, road and transport. He also flagged off three new trains including the MEMU train on the Paradip-Haridaspur line connecting Paradip to Keonjhar through Kendrapara.

He said many projects were left incomplete after laying of the foundation stones before 2014 and his government ensured completion of projects in the last 10 years, including the Paradip Refinery Project. He said his government, which has created a new work culture in the country, is always for timebound completion of projects.

Addressing a public meeting, ‘Modi Guarantee Samabesh’ at Chandikhol PM Modi said Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana is one of such schemes of his Government where Modi stood as the guarantor to give loans to the poor who had nothing to offer as guarantee to the banks.

Attacking the opposition INDI Alliance, the Prime Minister said family comes first for leaders of the alliance, while for Modi Nation comes first. At Sangareddy in Telangana, PM Modi inaugurated projects worth over Rs. 7,200 crore. These projects encompass key sectors like road, rail, petroleum, aviation and natural gas.

Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister said that the Central Government has been working continuously to assist the development of Telangana. He said he believes in the mantra of rashtra vikas through vikas of the states.

PM Modi called the inauguration of the Civil Aviation Research Organization (CARO) centre in Hyderabad at Begumpet airport, a major gift for Telangana in the aviation sector.

He said this centre is the first of its kind and will give new recognition to Telangana in the field. The Prime Minister also highlighted the Government’s efforts to improve rail connectivity and services in Telangana, which is known as the gateway to South India.
