NEW DELHI: The Twitter account of the government of Pakistan has been blocked in India. After this action, people in India will not be able to access this Twitter account.
The action against Pakistan’s Twitter account comes following a legal demand which led the microblogging site Twitter to block it on the ground of violation of its guidelines.
Twitter is free to ban all types of accounts on the order issued by the court of a country or on the appropriate legal demand.
